Cancellation Policy

At White Heron Sanctuary Tours, we understand that you many need to change your travel plans.

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms that apply when a booking is modified or cancelled.

1. Booking and Payment
1.1   All tour bookings are subject to this Cancellation Policy.
1.2  To confirm your booking, a valid credit card number and expiry date are required.
1.3  Credit card details will be securely held and not charged until your arrival.
1.4  Payment may be made using the nominated card or an alternative method on the day of the tour.

2. Cancellations by the Customer
2.1   A booking may be cancelled at no charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time.
2.2  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or failure to arrive, may result in a charge equivalent to the full tour cost being applied to the credit card provided.
2.3  We appreciate early notice of any changes to your booking.

3. Cancellations by White Heron Sanctuary Tours
3.1   We reserve the right to cancel tours due to adverse weather, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
3.2  In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule. 
3.3  We will make every reasonable effort to notify you of any cancellations or changes to the tour schedule as early as possible.
